Pluck individual flowers off of fresh lavender blooms. Continue until you have 2 heaping Tablespoons.
Add Lavender Flowers, Water, and Sugar to a saucepan over medium heat until sugar has dissolved. Turn heat down to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat. Let cool for about 5 minutes.
Add the cut Blueberries and Lemon Juice. Don't forget the lemon juice, as it is the acidity in the lemon that draws out the color from the berries. Let mixture steep for 30 minutes.
Once steeped, pour through wire mesh strainer to remove the lavender flowers and berries.
There will likely be little blueberry seeds and very small bits of flower that made it through the wire strainer. Line the wire strainer with a paper towel or coffee filter. Strain the syrup through the paper towel/filter to remove the extra small bits.
Pour syrup into a jar or bottle. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
Use to make Lavender London Fog Lattes, Lavender Cocktails, Lemonade, Lavender Lattes, or simply pour over Vanilla Ice Cream and Enjoy!
