    I made those Einkorn Rolls and the flavor was fantastic!
    Thanks for the IDEA first and RECIPE second!
    I’m headed back into Northwest French to get that recipe for lemon curd. YUM!

    P.S. I liked the Einkorn Rolls so much that I put some of them in a quart jar in the
    freezer to pull out for another meal sometime.
    So, this morning I made this egg/salmon recipe, that I saw in a newspaper that said it
    was SO good, and pulled out that jar of einkorn rolls to put this new topping on.
    Both my husband and I HATED it – the egg/salmon thing – scooped it off the rolls
    and ate them instead!~
    Ah, the adventures cooking drags folks through.
